I immediantely thought of Knitpicks when I read the name change info and I must say I am dismayed at their corporate front they are putting up. It destroys the crafty image that I once thought of them as and doesn’t encourage me to shop with them at all.

I do enjoy kpixie though, keep up the good work!

Perhaps they felt threatened! For crying out loud, how many more customers do they want? Everyone buys things from them! Selfish bastards! Okay, I feel better now. I know you had to do what you had to do. Keep up the good work girls. You are the BEST!

I was wondering the same thing. The two names might sound similar, but the stores are clearly different with regard to products as well as design. sigh. That’s sad that they threatened a lawsuit.

i think that’s ridiculous! i hate it when corporations do stupid things like that. i can’t even think of a craft corp. that would sound like knit pixie. boo to them, and i’ll keep buying yarn from you :)
